What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love chatting with candidates and finding out about their likes/dislikes and experiences with other companies and Recruiters.
What do you do for travelers that you feel is completely unique to you?
I share stories of past experiences with travelers - real stories - so they will know that I am aware of the struggles that come with traveling.
What is your favorite thing about working with travelers?
Getting to know them - where they are from, their family and their interests day to day.
What is your most valuable advice for the travelers you work with?
Make sure to make a plan - a plan all the way through and think through everything. I do not want an unhappy traveler - and to avoid that, we need to talk through all potential pitfalls that may happen.
Why are you passionate about this industry?
I've spent many years in this industry and always want to be fair with travelers. I want them to tell a co-worker that I treated them right - whether or not they every travel with me.
