What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love getting to meet new people and learning their stories. I think nurses are amazingly smart, driven and are passionate about their jobs in caring for others. It is a pleasure to work with people who are so strongly committed to their life’s work, and I enjoy being able to help them get a great job.

Why are you passionate about this industry?
If we had a million nurses drop out of the sky tomorrow, we still would not have enough nurses to fulfill our country’s healthcare needs. I have always loved and been fascinated by physiology and biology. Although I am not a nurse, both my mom and aunt are, and my brother and stepdad are physicians. Family dinner discussions frequently lead to healthcare issues, and I love that I get to be part of this industry by helping great nurses find great opportunities.

Hanging and cooking with my family and restoring our 100-year-old house, trying to plant things that live, cheering on soccer games, walking the pups, hitting the yoga studio, and making custom baby bandana blankets.
