During nursing school, Rosalind faced skepticism from a clinical instructor about completing her program and passing the NCLEX. "I remember her pulling me to the side in her office one day and told me I don't think you're going to finish this program. I'm concerned about you even passing the NCLEX at the end of this program," she recalls. Initially devastated, this critique ultimately sparked Rosalind's determination. "But sometimes in life you need those people... it was the fuel I needed," she reflects. Her resilience overcame these challenges, leading her to a successful eleven-year career as a pediatric nurse. "I've been able to learn so much and share that knowledge, which is incredibly fulfilling," she shares.
